Yiming Zhu (b.1999) is a Chinese artist who works and lives in London. She graduated from the Royal College of Art in Photography, and received the Metro Imaging prize in the school of Arts and Humanities.
Zhu's artistic practice stems from reality, probes into how life experiences and metaphors can be visualised. Through the integration of fiction and reality, she illustrates inexplicable subconsciousness and enigmatic cultural metaphors, to invite the audiences to immerse in her visual narratives. Over the past few years, she has been reflecting on her life experiences in eastern and western cultural backgrounds, to create artworks on different topics of folklores, cultures, and spiritual discourses, with direction related to spirituality and human experience.

她的作品近年展出于伦敦Gallery 46 (2025), 柏林Kommunale 画廊 (2025), 希腊Photometria 国际摄影节 (2024), 意大利PhMuseum Days 国际摄影节 (2023), 奥地利Rotlicht 国际摄影节 (2023), 伦敦 Mall Galleries (2023), 厦门三影堂摄影艺术中心 (2021)。她曾获英国RBSA摄影奖(2025), 瑞士Verzasca摄影奖决赛名单(2025), Artpil 30 Under 30 Women Photographers (2025), 入围Charta 摄影奖 (2024), FRESH EYES Talent, GUP (2024).
